TOPS Week 18


 I just like kale with my eggs in the morning.❤️

Yummy.

I'm still in a little bit of shock, but I lost 2 pounds this week. I shouldn't have. I mean, I didn't eat anything I'm avoiding, but I didn't eat super healthy either. I had the food from the picture above when I got home from my meeting this morning and felt inspired. 

I've been under a little stress this past week. It's VBS and I'm the director. If you know, you know.

I really don't have anything else to update. I still have non-scale victories and I'm hanging in there.
